Specializing in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) transformation, Kushal has consistently driven operational efficiency and strategic value for over a hundred organizations across diverse industries.
Prior to starting Orella, Kushal was the Regional Director of Americas at Jedox, a leading FP&A software company, Kushal spearheaded the development and delivery of transformative solutions that empowered clients to optimize their financial processes, enhance forecasting accuracy, and achieve actionable insights. Their deep expertise with platforms such as Jedox and Vena, coupled with a proven track record in aligning technology with business objectives, has established them as a trusted advisor in the field.
Jared Allen

Jared Allen is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 15 years of experience spanning financial, operating, accounting, sales, and software implementation roles. Jared began his career at Fortune 1000 companies, including Nike Inc, supporting critical business functions in an FP&A capacity while leading software transformation initiatives before joining fintech Unicorn Vena Solutions. At Vena, Jared was promoted into a variety of roles spanning Customer Success and Go To Market as it scaled from 200 to over 1400 clients worldwide.
With a rare blend of business acumen, technical ability and people skills, Jared is motivated to create a world class software advisory experience for underserved corporations across North America.

Aamir is a Toronto-based professional with a degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Toronto and a completed CFA designation. He developed a strong passion for software implementation and delivering exceptional customer experiences during his tenure at Vena. With extensive experience across a range of platforms, including Vena, Pigment, Planful, and Adaptive, Aamir has successfully led over 100 implementations across industries such as SaaS, Professional Services, BioTech, and Real Estate. Outside of his professional endeavors, Aamir is an avid gym-goer and basketball enthusiast.
